It's a web push tool, despite the name suggesting contact management. Setup means dropping a service worker in your root directory, which can intercept every request on your domain, handed to a vendor with zero reviews and a landing page that repeats itself three times. Push is also a W3C standard you can self-host for free. Chrome already suppresses prompts on sites people dismiss. Pass.
