A desktop app that turns a repo, a PDF or a landing page into an explainer video and renders it locally, so there's no cloud bill for them to regret and no per-render charge for you. The catch is buried in the tier table: $99 locks you to their credits at about three videos a month, and connecting your own Claude subscription starts at $299. Best built thing I've reviewed this week, if you skip the entry tier. Buy.
